What You’ll Do: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Infor CSI systems to support evolving business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Customize modules and create dashboards/reports using Birst and Infor Mongoose. Integrate Infor with other business systems (e.g., CRM, HR, Financial platforms). Guide project planning, testing, and deployment with minimal disruption to business operations. Support users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting. Ensure system performance, security, and scalability. Stay up to date with best practices and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement. What You Bring: 6+ years of experience with Infor architecture, implementation, and support (more is welcome but not required). Hands-on experience with Infor CSI (Syteline), Mongoose, and system integrations. Familiarity with .NET, C#, SQL, and business reporting tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design user-friendly solutions. Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
