Merchant Lending

We are an end-to-end digital lending platform enabling credit access to our consumers and merchants. We partner with various financial institutes and work very closely with them to offer customized lending products.

For this role, we are looking for an analytically proficient individual responsible for managing business growth via the offline channel (Feet on Street team).

This role will help in the end to end development of the candidate in cross functional collaboration,deep understand of the lending ecosystem and business growth

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly GTM strategies for Lending
    • Plan capacity and phasing in a month and ensure/govern that it is adhered.
    • Identify segments where conversion is optimum. Initiate incentive schemes with high ROI
    • Plan regional GTM strategies nuanced on a region/season/category level. Build rapports with regional leadership to understand inefficiencies on ground

 

  • Work with the merchant org. to create engagement strategies for acquired merchants to get them in the lending eligibility funnel

 

  • Work with the product team across merchant and lending org. to systematically solve problem statements leading to agent ineffectiveness for Lending

Ideal Candidate

  • Tech/MBA from Tier-1 institution with 1-5 yrs of experience
  • Very hands on with excel and other reporting tools
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Influencing/Building consensus
    • Participate in brainstorming discussions and remain open to exploring alternative viewpoints
    • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to be able to arrive at the most optimum solution
  • Customer centricity: Proactively understand implications of actions/ decisions for customers (merchants/agents)
