About The Role

We are building a world-class, AI-first content factory, and you are the person who decides what we actually build. You aren't just a writer. You are the person who identifies what topics will work on YouTube and decides exactly how we should present them to the audience. Your job is to make sure our strategy turns into high-performing content.

Focus Area 1: Format and Strategy

You decide the "how" and the "what" of our content.

• Topic Selection: You research what is currently getting traction on the platform and pick the angles that give us the best chance to win.
• Format Ownership: You decide the style of each video. You determine if a topic works best as a story, a deep dive, or a specific format you've designed.
• Platform Logic: You understand why people click and stay. You use that knowledge to design the structure of every video before a single word is written.
• Performance Feedback: You look at the data from our videos to see what worked. You double down on what is winning and kill what isn't.

Focus Area 2: Scripting and AI Workflow

You lead the writing process using an AI-first approach.

• Core Scripting: You write the main scripts, focusing heavily on the first 30 seconds (the hook) and the overall narrative flow.
• AI Research: You use tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude to research complex topics in minutes and find unique data points.
• Prompting for Writing: You use AI to generate outlines and drafts, then you refine them to make sure the tone and message are exactly right.
• Workflow Speed: You find ways to use AI to get from a raw idea to a finished script faster than a traditional writing team.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep AI Fluency: You already use AI tools to research and write. You don't just use them for simple tasks; you know how to get them to do the heavy lifting.
• YouTube Knowledge: You have a clear understanding of the platform. You know what makes a good thumbnail and a good script.
• Analytical Thinking: You don't rely on "gut feeling." You look at what is happening on the platform and use logic to make your decisions.
• Problem Solving: You can take a complicated subject and find a way to make it simple and interesting for a viewer.

• High Ownership: You treat the channel like it is yours. You don't wait for a brief. You see a gap in the strategy and you fill it.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: The AI space and YouTube trends change every week. You are happy to figure things out as you go and pivot when necessary.
• Builder Mindset: You are here to help build a new way of making content. You are always looking for a more efficient way to get work done.
