Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires basic knowledge of labor laws, strong coordination skills, and the ability to effectively manage vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with People Managers to proactively forecast future hiring needs, ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline for Business Development Executives (BDEs)
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires, specifically ensuring a seamless transition and cultural integration for new BDEs
- Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with external recruitment agencies and specialized vendors to optimize hiring efficiency
- Act as the primary advisor and "go-to partner" for managers regarding the performance, development, and management of their BDE teams
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at boosting morale and reducing attrition through data-driven preventive strategies
- Serve as a reliable solution provider and first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and formal grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution
- Maintain and manage comprehensive HR dashboards to track key metrics such as engagement levels, retention rates, and workforce demographics
- Oversee the accuracy and confidentiality of employee documentation and digital records in strict accordance with company policies and procedural standards
- Stay current with evolving labor laws and regional regulations to ensure 100% compliance in all HR-related activities and audits
- Support cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects as required, contributing to the overall success and evolution of the People team
Required Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
