Purpose of the Role:

 

Pico is seeking a highly organized, creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our New York team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting campaigns, events, communications, and digital initiatives. This position offers exposure to a broad range of marketing functions, including event management, email marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

 

In this role, you’ll research and plan campaigns that include events, coordinate marketing activities, support internal communications, and manage content calendars across multiple channels, including social media and blogs. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our campaigns, events, and communications are on time, on brand, and delivering results. The Marketing Coordinator must be knowledgeable in all aspects of digital marketing and events, effectively driving engagement and tracking success through key performance measurements. They should have some knowledge of SEO, Email Campaigns, LinkedIn, and display advertising, and have a keen eye for design as the final sign-off for all materials that go to market.

 

Responsibilities and Duties (include but not limited to):

Campaigns & Project Coordination

  • Support cross-functional marketing projects including campaign launches, webinars, and events.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure on-time execution.
  • Assist with marketing briefs, content creation, project timelines, and campaign coordination.

 

Content Creation

  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, blog posts, case studies, product sheets, and internal comms pieces.
  • Manage blog and content calendar aligned with the product roadmap and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/writers to deliver content on time.

 

Email Marketing

  • Plan and write email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and recommend optimizations.

 

Social Media Management

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across LinkedIn, YouTube and X.
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Track social media analytics (followers, engagement, reach).

 

Global Events

  • Research relevant sales event opportunities.
  • Plan event logistics for both virtual and in-person events.
  • Coordinate event promotion across email and social.
  • Execute events and track performance via feedback, surveys, and ROI analysis.

 

Internal Communications

  • Draft marketing updates, newsletters, press release support, and internal firm announcements.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the business.

 

Education, Skills and Background (including Experience Requirements):

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or related role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to legally work within the United States.

 

Working Arrangements 

This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certification. 

New York Pay range

$80,000 - $100,000 USD
