About the Role
This is an exciting addition to our team that will help us evolve our existing FP&A reporting and forecasting while helping build and create new forecast models, segment P&L development and profitability analyses. Near-term, this person will be part of a project to help build/integrate financial models driven by a recent acquisition and longer term the role will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to evolve internal reporting, drive forecasting improvements, and conduct financial analysis to support efficient scaling within the company. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an environment where we are constantly evolving our business, is motivated by building and problem solving and is willing to challenge the status quo.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Design, build, and maintain internal reporting systems to provide leadership with relevant data insights.
- FP&A Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to FP&A tools and processes, leveraging data connections and technology to improve efficiency.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the operating expense (opex) budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparing monthly forecasts and conducting variance analysis.
- Technical Partnership: Collaborate with technical teams to report on and analyze hosting and data costs.
- Revenue and Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide revenue forecasting support and conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
- Collaboration with Department Leaders: Work with departmental leads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly updates.
- Executive and Board Presentations: Support the preparation of presentations for executives, the board, and investors as opportunities arise.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years in FP&A or a related field with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred
- Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with a desire to take ownership of reporting and forecasting tasks.

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $119,383 and $150,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
