Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst to drive the design, prioritization, and execution of the Lat61 platform and the AI use cases that flow from it. This individual will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution—translating complex requirements into actionable platform capabilities.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping business requirements with stakeholders, researching use cases, defining technical user stories for engineering, and ensuring delivery aligns with Point Wild’s strategic priorities around AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions.
Day to Day
Product Ownership
- Partner with the Chief AI & Technology Officer to define and evolve the Lat61 product vision and roadmap.
- Own the product backlog, write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize features to maximize business impact.
- Manage trade-offs across scalability, security, and time-to-market.
Business Analysis
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders (engineering, product, CX, compliance, partners) and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
- Map out workflows for AI use cases across cybersecurity, identity protection, and risk management.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform platform differentiation and use-case prioritization.
Delivery & Execution
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, AI architects, and cryptography teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
- Validate delivered features against requirements; ensure readiness for adoption by internal and external users.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the business within engineering and AI teams.
- Facilitate alignment between business leaders, data science, engineering, and partner teams.
- Document and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in technology, cybersecurity, or AI/ML environments.
- Product Management experience in a small to medium sized B2B SaaS organization.
- Strong grasp of data platforms, AI/ML workflows, and multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to connect business strategy to technical requirements and delivery priorities.
- Experience translating complex problems into structured requirements, workflows, and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, and modern product tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a strong orientation toward clarity and alignment.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with data lakehouse patterns, open data formats (Parquet, Delta), and vector databases.
- Product Management experience in a SaaS organization building 0-1 products.
