The Opportunity
As the Post-Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will play a key role in enabling our global Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Renewals and Solution Architect teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive key post-sales outcomes including adoption, retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll design and execute scalable onboarding, training, and field readiness programs that align with each function’s KPIs while promoting a consistent customer lifecycle experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with CS leadership, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure every post-sales team member is empowered with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to drive value and customer loyalty.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic, and execution-oriented role focused on optimizing performance across the full customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver onboarding, on-the-job training and continuous learning programs for CSMs, Renewals, Solution Architect and Professional Services roles
- Develop role-specific enablement plans that strengthen key capabilities such as customer onboarding, QBR execution, value realization, renewal execution, cross-sell/upsell conversations, and technical implementation excellence
- Create progressive learning paths by role and level, including certifications and skills assessments tied to core competencies
- Partner with CS, Renewals, Solution Architect and Professional Services leadership to identify performance gaps and align enablement with strategic priorities
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to deliver training on new products, features, and customer impact
- Define KPIs and feedback loops to continuously measure program effectiveness (e.g., time-to-productivity, CSAT, retention, NRR)
- Serve as a key conduit between post-sales field teams and internal stakeholders to surface feedback and inform future enablement strategy
- Support key GTM initiatives such as Customer Kickoff, Product Launch Readiness, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Customer Success Summits
About You
- You are customer-obsessed and understand how to enable post-sales teams to deliver customer value, reduce churn, and drive expansion
- You’re a clear communicator who can align cross-functional stakeholders and translate business goals into actionable enablement
- You’re skilled at designing structured, role-based learning that drives performance outcomes
- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can prioritize and adapt with agility
- You build strong, trusted relationships with frontline teams and leaders alike
- You’re analytical, using both qualitative and quantitative data to assess program impact and make continuous improvements
What You’ve Done
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Enablement, Customer Success, or post-sales operations at a SaaS or technology company
- Experience developing and executing enablement programs for at least two post-sales functions (CSMs, Renewals, Services, or Support)
- Proven success improving key post-sales metrics such as retention, expansion, customer satisfaction, or implementation timelines
- Familiarity with customer success and support methodologies (e.g., Success Planning, Outcome-Based Selling, CS frameworks)
- Skilled in both live and asynchronous training design and delivery
- Experience using data and stakeholder feedback to continuously optimize enablement
Nice to Haves
- Experience with enablement and LMS platforms like Highspot, Skilljar, or Gainsight
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle management
- You have experience using Postman, other developer tools, and/or knowledge of APIs or the software development lifecycle
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $117,000 to $143,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
