The Opportunity
The Customer Journey Team at Postman that looks at the end-to-end customer experience within our product is looking for a new Sr. Product Manager. This role centers around shaping and evolving Postman’s monetization experience to drive business growth. It offers a unique opportunity to:

- Build simpler purchasing flows
You will play a key role in executing how we price and package our offerings, aiming to capture value from various customer segments while expanding reach across international markets. The mission is to create a best-in-class conversion experience that scales and deepens engagement with teams of all sizes.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth levers, build features like one-click purchase flows, and improve the clarity of our product’s value for users and buyers. Your contributions will increase paid active users and enhance how customers interact with pricing and payment systems, helping Postman remain indispensable for API-focussed teams. You will also work closely with Finance teams to understand and institute payments methods to support various geographies.
What You’ll Do
In this Sr. Product Manager, Monetization role, you will:
- Own and lead Postman’s monetization experience
- Ensure a simple, clear, and personalized purchase/subscription process
- Streamline pricing flows and develop intuitive purchasing options
- Optimize billing practices and notifications to reduce churn and maximize revenue
- Execute pricing and packaging changes with speed and clarity
- Collaborate with Design, Analytics, and Engineering teams to execute your roadmap
- Partner with platform, ops, marketing teams, and leadership to launch cross-functional initiatives (e.g., pricing and packaging updates)
- Introduce new payment methods in key new target markets
- Improve UX for users and admins to reduce churn
- Simplify pricing flows and purchase experience: Streamline pricing pages; encourage annual plans
- One-click purchase: Create seamless options for users to upgrade or request add-ons
- Improve notifications: Increase clarity and trust on billing changes and auto-flex
- Drive geographic expansion
About You
Must Have:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with at least one stint as a Monetization PM
- A love for iteration, collaborative learning, and driving goals at all costs
- Ability to simplify complex product challenges
- Strong analytical skills and data-to-insight translation
- System-level thinking and problem anticipation
- User-centric, research-driven approach to roadmap prioritization
- Unblock yourself by doing basic vibe coding / prototyping in figma
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area
Nice to Have:
- Experience in high growth SaaS companies
- Background in developer tools
- Background in coding
- Experience with Stripe
- Experience launching new payment options
- History of building personalized and contextual user experiences
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $190,000 to $220,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
