About the Team
We are looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed EMEA Renewals Manager to lead our EMEA Renewals Team in a fast-growing Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving customer retention and optimizing renewal outcomes across our sales-serve segments. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of PLG, can lead with empathy, and has a proven track record of building scalable renewal strategies in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Reps focused on maximizing customer retention and minimizing churn.Own the design and execution of the end-to-end renewal strategy, tailored to both low-touch and high-touch customer journeys.Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and RevOps to align on renewal levers and customer lifecycle touchpoints.Use product usage data and customer health signals to drive proactive and automated renewal workflows.Implement and refine playbooks for renewals based on ARR bands, product tier, and customer behavior patterns.Forecast renewal revenue and track key KPIs including gross/net revenue retention, churn, and expansion at renewal.Partner with Finance and Legal to streamline contract terms and improve quoting, billing, and collections processes.Identify at-risk customers and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with Success and Support teams.Continuously improve renewal operations through automation, CRM optimization, and process innovation.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, renewals, or account management within a SaaS or PLG environment.
- 2+ years managing or leading a team with performance responsibility.
- Deep understanding of product-led growth strategies and the SaaS customer lifecycle.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with dashboards and product telemetry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of influencing both customers and internal stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience managing renewals in a high-velocity, self-serve SaaS business model.
- Familiarity with usage-based pricing or hybrid PLG + Sales-Led models.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and cohort-based retention strategies.
