Account Manager

Join Prezzee as an Account Manager, where you will help identify, develop and implement exciting new reward, incentive and gifting programmes with existing Prezzee clients in the UK market. The successful applicant will be a genuine team-player that loves to smash through goals.

Reporting to the UK Sales Team Lead, you will own a portfolio of clients who are currently not being actively managed. The purpose of this role is to service those clients, building programmes, leading training and generally ensuring an excellent experience of using Prezzee. You will also be excited to grow the value of those accounts by identifying, developing and implementing exciting new reward, incentive and gifting programmes.

This role will require someone to work from our London office 3 days per week

Here's a sneak peek into what you'll be doing:

Account Management

  • Retain and grow existing accounts through regular engagement and communication
  • Develop campaign/scheme solutions that clearly achieve client objectives while staying true to the Prezzee brand and our customers
  • Help to identify market opportunities within our client portfolio to engage and educate clients on the benefits (and multiple use cases) of the Smart card and seek referrals for new business relationships
  • Set up and onboard B2B clients, this includes running product ‘how to’ demos , ensuring co-branded cards are set up, and meeting other customer-specific requirements. You ensure our B2B clients have a seamless experience and continue to do so way beyond their first order
  • Act as the main interface between your key accounts and the organisation to ensure an optimal level of service is provided at all times and continually seek the opportunity to participate in the strategic business planning processes to support your key accounts
  • Never miss an opportunity, when talking to your clients, to make sure Prezzee is front of mind for every initiative that involves giving, rewarding, incentivising etc.

  • You’ll support clients wherever they sit, providing a great outcome for the client and support to your team will matter to you

Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Junior Account Manager, Client Success Executive or relevant role.
  • An exceptional track record, with proven team culture success.
  • Broad market knowledge and experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
