Your Impact

 

As SVP, Group Account Director, you’ll be a key driver of agency growth, culture, and innovation. You’ll lead high-profile accounts, shape strategic direction, and push boundaries in digital healthcare marketing. ✅ Own client relationships—act as a strategic partner, guiding senior clients with data-driven insights and bold recommendations.

✅ Grow business—identify and seize new opportunities, both organically and through partnerships.

What You Bring

 

12+ years in pharma/healthcare marketing (HCP expertise required).
✔ Proven leadership & strategic acumen in agency or brand management.
✔ Passion for digital innovation and omnichannel engagement.
✔ Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
✔ Exceptional presentation & communication abilities.

 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

 

       Salary Range: $220,000 - $271,000
