Objective of the role
Concise, clean and accurate client data is a requirement for promotional programs. Each client has a custom way they ingest their programs’ data through FIAs, custom IDs, specific timing and layouts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about efficiency and can help us streamline and optimize this process through client data input and working closely with MEC Analytics on the output. The candidate would be an active member of setting up the customization requirements working closely with the Account Director who manages the client and MEC Analytics who is accountable for the clean, on time data. If comfortable they could also be on calls and emails to better understand the client needs. The candidate would also work with the Outcomes and Analytics team to manage various data points that are used in final reports for programs.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Outcomes and Analytics Team with inputting various request forms for program data
- Internal process optimization between clients and MEC Analytics. The Account Director would also support this process.
- Quality assurance that the client IDs required are included in the IDs provided by the client in a clear and concise way tracking the quality of what we receive and the timing, to provide insight back to the client on best practices.
- Work closely with MEC Analytics when requirements change across a project and/or an agency as a whole to ensure seamless integration and consultative updates to the AD on what is happening
- Potentially work to update FIAs and the repository, to clearly outline what is needed and expectations when asked at any point in the sales process.

- Accuracy on data input as it relates to data output based on requirements
- Work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Once familiar with our process, can we automate anything to make it more efficient and accurate.
