The Director, ABM Strategics, will shape and oversee the strategic ABM efforts for the highest-value accounts in the Americas and EMEA, developing and executing a comprehensive ABM strategy that aligns with corporate goals for revenue growth and customer loyalty. This position calls for a visionary leader who can drive innovation in ABM, manage a high-performing team, and influence C-level decision-making.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Define and lead a long-term ABM strategy for top accounts, collaborating with sales executives to establish goals, identify key accounts, and set performance metrics.
- Create documented playbooks for ABM 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns – developing ABM best practices and criteria by vertical.
- Oversee a team of ABM managers and specialists, fostering a high-impact culture that prioritizes skill development, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Champion the integration of AI-driven analytics and emerging technologies in ABM to innovate and optimize personalization, multi-channel targeting, and campaign measurement.
- Serve as a senior liaison with executive leadership, delivering quarterly updates on ABM performance, strategic recommendations, and scaling opportunities.
- Manage significant ABM budgets, optimizing resource allocation and demonstrating ROI to ensure impactful contributions to corporate revenue objectives.
- Set up and report on measures of success with Marketing Performance and Analytics in terms of MIP, TQLs, and revenue
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Mastery of advanced ABM methodologies, including ABX, predictive analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of scaling teams and building a culture of performance and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ABM and analytics platforms (6sense, Salesforce, Power BI), as well as experience implementing AI and automation tools.
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate complex strategies and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Must be flexible and willing to travel to various locations, including international destinations if needed, to fulfill job responsibilities.
The annual base salary range is: $145,000-$231,000.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
