About Your Role
This person will play a key role in supporting both Human Resources and Legal operations. The Coordinator will ensure QGenda maintains operational compliance throughout the employee experience lifecycle from onboarding to termination. This is a hybrid opportunity with a minimum of 2 days in the Atlanta Buckhead office.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the pre-boarding process from offer acceptance through an employee’s first day, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain and update employee changes through the Jira Ticketing System to support lifecycle updates and compliance.
- Ensure employee profile changes are accurately reflected in both ADP and QGenda LLC to support scheduling, reporting and compliance across systems.
- Serve as a key point of contact for HR and Legal inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist with internal contract related questions and workflows, ensuring timely routing and follow-up.
- Support annual audit processes, including SOC 2 and FedRAMP.
- Participate in cross-functional contract related processes involving various business units.
- Respond to customer inquiries for confidential and corporate requests including SOC 2 report and certificate of insurance within our internal process form.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Legal teams, contributing to operational efficiency and process improvement.
Who You Are:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast paced environment
Experience You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR, Legal, Operations, or Administrative Support role.
- Comfortable learning and navigating software platforms
- Prior experience with an HRIS platform and Jira Ticketing System a plus
