Field Marketing Associate

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic Field Marketer to help fuel Qualia's rapid growth. This role will be responsible for the strategic development, meticulous logistics, and flawless execution of our sponsored events within the title industry. You will also be a key collaborator in the planning and execution of our signature hosted events, such as the Future of Real Estate Summit. The ideal candidate will be a master project manager, capable of seamlessly managing multiple projects and deadlines. You will be responsible for conceiving and developing innovative marketing programs that effectively increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads and opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize new customer acquisition and customer success campaigns and programs, encompassing online and face-to-face events, third-party trade shows, partner activities, and proprietary events
- Develop, manage, and meticulously track event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment
- Conduct post-event analysis to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to refine future event strategies
- Develop and implement a comprehensive event calendar aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives, ensuring strategic timing, staffing, and resource allocation
- Develop and execute a strategy for working with industry partners and associations, fostering strategic alliances, and expanding market reach
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing operations, demand generation, industry relations, product marketing) for event and messaging coordination, ensuring consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign execution
- Provide clear and consistent communication of event programs to all stakeholders, including detailed internal briefing documents for specified events and conferences, and post event reports
- Collaborate with potential event agencies, promotional, and print vendors, maintaining positive and productive relationships while ensuring high-quality deliverables
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
- 4+ years of highly analytical experience in B2B marketing or field marketing
- Experience in the real estate industry (huge plus but not required)
- Highly organized and thrives at project management and coordinating many moving parts
- Comfortable talking to audiences of all levels and able to adapt delivery of information to the appropriate audience with ease
- A high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates outstanding leadership skills, business ownership, and personal accountability
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willing to travel to select national conferences
- While this role is based in Austin, Texas, we're open to exploring qualified candidates for our San Francisco, CA office as well
- Based in Austin, TX or San Francisco, CA with the ability to work in the office a minimum of three days per week is required
This role has a base annual salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
