Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.
Ideal Candidate:
The Revenue Operations leader will be focused on 2 main things: fast and effective execution across teams as well as making a measurable impact on the business. This role effectively acts as the chief of staff to the CRO - a swiss army knife that can take on various projects with various departments, and make sure that these projects get executed flawlessly according to the strategy set by the CRO. This role will also be in charge of automation for scale and innovation - any major process that can be automated should be automated and go through a tooling process to make it usable across the org, while saving hundreds and thousands of human hours.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategy arm for DTC operations across marketing, retention, storefront and data
- Owning and maintaining our revenue and marketing model, collaborating with our finance team.
- Owning process automation and building an organization for scale.
- Serve as a strong business partner to CRO, act as his extension and help steer the ship.
- Dotted line / shared responsibility on business analytics
- Competitive intelligence, market research and identification of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in various roles at internet/DTC companies
- Solid understanding in online marketing
- Superior analytical skills and ability to work with spreadsheets/Excel
- Experience managing a P&L or in business consulting - a plus
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions, but also be the driving force behind initiatives
- The ideal candidate will have a background as a senior stakeholder at internet or DTC companies, and have strong skills around performance and retention marketing.
