THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Quince is seeking an Associate Manager, PR and Affiliate Marketing to join our Brand Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has strong communication and analytical skills, with some experience in fashion, home, or lifestyle brands. You’ll play an integral role in developing incremental PR and editorial partnerships that drive new customers across apparel, home, and emerging lifestyle categories. This candidate understands the intersection of consumer press, SEO, and affiliate marketing, and is energized by a high-growth startup environment.

Job Summary

  • The Associate Manager, PR and Affiliate Marketing will help discover and develop content partnerships that reach potential new customers and drive incremental growth across apparel, home, and emerging lifestyle categories at Quince. This role will own strategic day-to-day outreach to partners who will drive direct sales, from commerce editors at legacy media, to independent publishers and Substack writers. The Associate Manager will be responsible for delivering essential assets to partners, including product samples, images, and newsletter updates.

 

  • This role will be both external (publisher-facing) and internal as you work with the wider teams to support cross-functional initiatives, including brand awareness campaigns and new category launches. You will help build a reputation for Quince as a world class brand that offers high-quality, sustainably-made essentials at fair prices. 

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strategically identify new affiliate prospects across apparel, home, and emerging categories, utilizing SEO tools, internal data, and competitive research
  • Scale day-to-day outreach and pitching efforts, with the goal of securing evergreen coverage that drives direct sales and contributes to brand sentiment, including category listicles and product reviews
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support partnership needs, including press samples, image requests, and affiliate newsletter comms
  • Regular monitoring of brand coverage from owned partnerships
  • Compile and ensure timely completion of weekly and monthly performance reports, with attention to KPIs. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years experience in brand marketing, PR and/or affiliate marketing required. Preference for in-house experience at fashion, home, or lifestyle brands. Existing relationships are a plus.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms. Direct experience with Impact Radius is a plus.
  • Preferred experience using SEO monitoring tools, such as AHREFS or SEMRush
  • Collaborative, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record for achieving results and executing best-in-class partnerships
  • Flexibility in a start-up-like environment is critical. Must be willing to shift priorities to support business goals, as needed

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $85,000 USD
