Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, executing, and implementing the global demand generation and marketing automation strategy, campaigns, and initiatives while gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders and providing critical thinking to optimize results. You will require a strong background in driving market awareness and programs with a creative eye and deep executional experience. You will need to be well-versed in marketing concepts, deep social channels (Reddit, etc.), AI-driven tools/services, and tactics to plan and execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives. As a leader in the marketing team you will work closely with sales, product marketing, events, and product teams as well as partners to ensure timely planning and delivery of a wide range of marketing to accomplish awareness, lead acquisition, sales, and partner goals. This position reports directly to the CMO.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Designing the global demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation  strategy including inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing Strategies
  • Developing and managing the demand generation marketing plan across channels including campaigns, execution, reporting, metrics, and analysis 
  • Building customized campaigns, messaging, and marketing by account, buyer, and persona 
  • Expanding marketing qualified volume and quality with a focus on maximizing the transition to sales accepted and qualified leads 
  • Leveraging the newest marketing AI capabilities to efficiently identify and pursue  audience segments based on ideal customer profiles and opportunity 
  • Conducting A/B tests across channels to continuously optimize results 
  • Enhancing and managing the lead management process to improve pipeline conversion 
  • Managing overall Demand Operations including budget, third-party vendors, marketing technology stack, reporting and dashboards to demonstrate revenue impact and ROI 
  • Growing the marketing team through mentoring and hands on management 
  • Working with sales teams and partner marketing teams to identify, create, and adapt demand generation initiatives to grow the business 
  • Developing messaging, communications, and copy to maximize awareness and lead conversion 
  • Creating and executing demand generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation strategies for vertical industries 
  • Producing account based marketing strategy focused on Global 2000 businesses 
  • Leading digital demand marketing across search, paid social, display, retargeting, YouTube, and content syndication 
  • Managing digital lead-acquisition strategy, processes and execution of activities across AEO, SEO, PPC, social, display/retargeting, YouTube, Reddit
  • Driving search engine marketing (SEM) and advertising conversion 
  • Leading, adapting, and optimizing content syndication strategy and implementation 
  • Increasing quality of lead acquisition at small to very large industry events 
  • Identifying appropriate content and collateral to maximize lead acquisition by working closely with product marketing, technical marketing, and product management 
  • Optimizing the sales funnel by expanding webinar strategy and collaborating with product marketing and technical marketing to produce innovative webinar series 
  • Working with channel partners to empower them to maximize co-generation of marketing qualified leads and sales qualified leads
  • Managing relationships with digital agencies in execution, analysis and redeployment of programs and adjusting marketing mix to maximize ROI 
  • Meeting or exceeding metrics for impressions, conversions, and paid customers 
  • Owning, tracking and managing a large demand generation budget and marketing mix to increase visitors, conversions, and paid customers 

 

Requirements: 

  • 8 to 10 years of demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, marketing automation, and marketing experience in high tech 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Detail oriented with passion for execution 
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, AI, Google Suite products required 
  • Willingness and ability to perform all aspect of demand generation themselves during the early stages of the role (hands on individual contributor)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field 
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, especially in a fast-paced cross-functional environment 
  • Extensive experience running multi-channel B2B digital demand generation programs including SEO, PPC, Social (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), display, and retargeting
  • Experience leading and mentoring high performance lead-generation marketing teams of at least 5 marketing professionals
  • Strong team player who works well cross-functionally 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • “Roll up sleeves and do what it takes” attitude 
  • Strong team player not afraid to present new, creative ideas

Compensation- Base $150,000 to $200000 Per Year
