RAPP Dallas is looking for a Freelance - Designer to join our award-winning Creative team.

Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets.
YOUR ROLE:
You are responsible for the execution of high-quality, creative and professional-looking marketing and communications materials. You will work closely and collaboratively with the creative director, art director and writer to develop innovative creative work for the client. You should be confident in your artistic vision, flexible when warranted and comfortable presenting your ideas to colleagues and executives.
Key competencies:
- Comprehension: Ability to digest and interpret briefs, self-start on execution, and understand how different briefs interrelate.
- Craft & Execution: Continuously hone your craft while executing and revising projects with precision and attention to detail.
- Iteration & Elevation: Propose multiple, informed solutions to creative problems and push for constant improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute creative designs that are on strategy across all media channels.
- Design in both digital and traditional mediums.
- Generate innovative ideas and designs.
- Manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery.
- Work closely with creative directors to produce great work.
- Work collaboratively with creative partners, client services and core creative departments to achieve the best solutions for your assignments.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid portfolio featuring a wide range digital work across channels.
- 2-5 years of experience in creative advertising or marketing environment across a range of brands.
- Ecommerce experience is a plus.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong skills in Figma
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and various prototyping tools is a bonus.
- PowerPoint and Keynote design acumen also desirable.
- Expert understanding of Web standards and digital best practices.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to Dallas and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
