Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads in cross-border segments like ecommerce exporters, ITeS providers, freelancers, and service exporters needing efficient payment solutions.
- Build new lead pipelines through direct outreach and partner ecosystems.
- Pitch and close deals for Razorpay B2B Export's cross-border products, highlighting cost savings and seamless global payouts.
- Execute sales plans, consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams like banking operations, marketing, product, and partnerships to drive conversions and resolve merchant needs.
- Spot and pursue new verticals for expansion in cross-border fintech.
- Support business development through sales events, webinars, demos, and targeted outreach.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in cross border payments or fintech.
- Hands-on experience in the payments industry, banking, or fintech is required.
- Exposure to cross-border payments (ecommerce/ITeS) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholders with a customer-first approach.
- Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, influence partners, and negotiate wins.
- Understanding of sales funnel and improvement initiatives
- Thrives in fast-paced settings with data-driven decision-making.
