We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist with the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of digital marketing for RCX Sports brands including NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, Jr. NBA Leagues, MLS GO, MLB Pitch, Hit & Run, USTA and more. You will work closely with multiple departments to develop, traffic, and analyze content and marketing campaigns for a variety of channels including paid social, search, website, blogs, and more.  The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing and can easily translate data into compelling, easy-to-understand insights for various departments and independent league operators.   
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and execution of digital marketing efforts for RCX Sports brands including NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, Jr. NBA Leagues, MLS GO, MLB Pitch, Hit & Run, USTA and more 
  • Collaborate with Director of Digital Marketing and other marketing leaders to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and monitor paid media campaigns across social media, search engines, and display networks to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform ongoing optimization of lead generation strategies, search engine marketing (SEM), website content, and citation management to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research on marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Assess campaign performance in relation to user experience across various digital channels, ensuring a seamless integration.
  •  Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams, including copywriters, creative design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and successful campaign execution.
  • Participate in regular meetings to share updates, brainstorm new ideas, and support team goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media, preferable in the sports industry
  • Hands on experience with trafficking Paid Social, Paid Search, Display publishing or partner management, Facebook Business Manager 
  • Prior experience working with or knowledge of web analytics, CMS, Google My Business 
  • Experience in conversion and lead gen campaigns  
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, Apostrophe, or other content management systems 
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
More about the role:
  • Travel: Less than 25% of the time
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 Hours per week) with occasional nights and weekends 
  • Work Location: Hybrid  - We anticipate this role to involve a combination of remote work from home and on-site work at the RCX Sports office, located in either Roswell, GA, or Sylvan Lake, MI, based on the candidate's preference.   • Compensation Structure: Starting salary range $48,000/year - $52,000/year (OT-Exempt). Our pay grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus & benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, 401(k), Paid Parental Leave, Unlimited PTO, Monthly Wellness Expense Reimbursement and additional voluntary benefits.
