Overview:

As a Manager, Onboarding, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of onboarding specialists and work closely with SMB clients, designing and delivering implementation plans and processes to help them get the most out of our platform. In your role as the leader of this team, you will be responsible for driving team activities, coordinating launch requirements, and delivering effective training sessions through various channels and teams. You will also have the opportunity to proactively work with leadership to communicate customer feedback and resolve any issues that arise.

 

What You will own:

  • Formalize processes for the team to partner with clients to design and deliver implementation plans that show them the value of the RepeatMD platform as quickly as possible while maintaining a stellar client experience
  • Lead, develop. And grow the team to spearhead key activities, serve as an internal liaison between teams, coordinate launch requirements, develop and deliver training plans, and provide Go-Live and Post Go-Live Support
  • Utilize curiosity and empathy to build strong relationships within a short duration, understanding clients’ short-and-long-term needs and helping drive product adoption
  • Deliver effective meetings and training sessions through various channels, including but not limited to phone, video conferencing, and written communication
  • Proactively work with leadership to communicate customer feedback and processes to resolve customer issues and provide detailed reporting on performance
  • Identify process issues and blockers; improve workflows to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product and the medical aesthetics industry
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets as set by department leadership
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with transferable skills, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of onboarding, implementation, sales, training, or customer success experience, preferably in the SaaS industry or supporting a technical product 
  • Previous Start-Up experience strongly preferred
  • Project management experience with success in managing deadlines, clients, and conflicting priorities
  • Project coordination or project management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with EMR or CRM technologies and platforms, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with the medical aesthetics industry either as a consumer of services or in a business capacity
  • Ability to diffuse high-tension situations and collaborate with internal resources as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and the ability to use time effectively

The base salary range for this position in the United States is around $80,000 to $120,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
