Commercialization Project Manager

rhode is seeking a Commercialization Project Manager to join our Operations team. This individual will play a key role in our company’s growth by coordinating critical projects across various business functions. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Support product development and commercialization through detailed project management, partnering closely with the Executive Team, Product Development, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
- Partner with the Director of Commercialization to document and manage risks and dependencies for each project.
- Continually review project issues proactively to determine possible root causes.
- Identify and implement process improvements when needed.
- Work cross functionally to define realistic timelines and track and report delivery against those timelines.
- Ensure all project tasks have clear ownership and all activities and deadlines are understood by the project team.
- Coordinate meetings across all functions to ensure all projects and associated stage gates are on course to meet aggressive timelines.
- Provide regular updates on progress including cost management and progressive milestones to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Director of Commercialization to identify improvement opportunities within the Stage Gate process and effectively run the Stage Gate process for the organization.
- Responsible for the project calendar and ensuring associated timelines are visible to all key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; PMP Certification is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in project management. Beauty/skincare industry experience is a plus.
- Solid project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in an organized manner.
- Must be proactive and adaptable to ever changing business needs
- Ability to build relationships cross functionally and support both internal and external customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment and contribute to high-growth
Office Requirement:
- 3-4 days a week in our HQ
Compensation:
- $105,000 - 115,000
