The Opportunity:

Join our global Client Services team and take a lead role in shaping and delivering high‑quality EDMaaS onboarding and change initiatives. As part of the EDM Change team, you will guide clients through smooth, consistent transitions into BAU operations while strengthening governance, improving processes, and ensuring delivery excellence.

In this role, you will act as a trusted specialist—informing product development, evolving onboarding frameworks, and influencing continuous improvement across our services. You will lead large or complex onboarding engagements, collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues and remove blockers, and confidently represent EDM/DMO in client meetings.

You will also mentor less experienced colleagues, contribute to best‑practice development across the organisation, and help shape the future of our change capability. Your work will support strong client relationships, uphold service standards, and reinforce Rimes’s position as a leader in data management services.

Job Description:

  • Apply change governance, CAB and Transition Framework procedures independently.
  • Complete CAB Impact Assessments without supervision.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, risks, and efficiency gains.
  • Identify documentation gaps and drive updates to completion.
  • Build specialist knowledge toward SME capability. (Specialist pathway)

Onboarding & Change Delivery

  • Represent EDM Change on onboarding projects and define the EDM delivery plan.
  • Advise RAID items to Project Managers and support delivery discussions.
  • Drive handover from onboarding into BAU Operations.
  • Triage and independently deliver mid‑ to high‑complexity change requests.
  • Track BAU change progress, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Provide healthy challenge on timelines and solution decisions.

Issue Resolution & Technical Contribution

  • Resolve complex issues or manage escalations to PS/R&D.
  • Contribute to PS‑defined solutions for client and internal needs.
  • Support Product and R&D through participation in internal development initiatives.
  • Maintain Consultant‑level technical and market knowledge.

Collaboration, Influence & Client Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend client meetings representing EDM/DMO, articulating progress and solutions.
  • Represent EDM Change on Product forums and project discussions.
  • Develop advanced understanding of datasets, markets, and client needs.

People Development

  • Provide knowledge‑sharing and training sessions for colleagues.
  • Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Take on line‑management responsibilities for L1/L2 colleagues (Management pathway)

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of data ingestion, data processing, and related operational workflows.
  • Deep understanding of EDM Services and the value they deliver to clients.
  • Solid experience managing issues and change in a client‑facing environment—internally or externally.
  • Experience contributing to delivery within client‑led or Product‑led projects.
  • Must be amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (EMEA) on a 2x a week onsite set up.
