About the Role

As Mid-level Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Rocket Lawyer. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud platforms and a passion for streamlining business processes to enhance productivity and performance. We are looking for a collaborative individual excited to work with us and a hired third party to ensure successful adoption of a new Salesforce instance that meets critical business objectives for global application through simple standardized workflows and robust internal and third party integrations.

This proactive individual will seek to continually improve and enhance this new Salesforce platform, partnering with our Project Manager to design scalable best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce ecosystem, tailoring the platform to meet business needs, and providing exceptional support to users. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our Salesforce environment is optimized for success, which includes monitoring system performance, creating reports and dashboards, and managing user permissions. Additionally, your expertise will contribute to training efforts, enabling team members to leverage Salesforce effectively.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to improving operational efficiency through the use of technology. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be proactive in identifying areas for development and creating innovative solutions. The Mid-level Salesforce Administrator will be the sole administrator working closely with our Salesforce Project Manager and dev teams and will report directly to the Director of Business Process Optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform and its third party integrations, ensuring system performance and reliability
  • Monitor and resolve user issues and discrepancies in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth user experience
  • Create and manage user licensing, accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and accessibility
  • Develop and optimize reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and help drive strategic decision-making
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Stay current on new features to improve user efficiency and functionality and assist with the implementation of Salesforce updates, enhancements, and new features
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives
  • Provide training and support to users, helping them to maximize their use of the Salesforce system
  • Own proactive system maintenance and communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Draft and maintain technical documentation and assist with training curriculum development as needed
  • Lead/assist with projects defined by leadership as needed
  • Maintain vigilance, rigor and discipline of enterprise-wide SFDC roadmap and ensure all integrations, features, etc. are reviewed, documented and approved as part of roadmap

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and
  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (additional certifications are a plus)
