About the Role
ROLLER is searching for an accomplished SEO Specialist to help us create experiences that bring joy and happiness to the world. As part of the vibrant marketing team, this role will be perfect for someone with the vision and expertise to spearhead organic search endeavors with a blend of strategic insight and analytical prowess. The SEO Specialist will elevate our online presence, propel organic traffic, and enhance our search engine rankings. What You’ll Do
■ Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies, including keyword research, link-building campaigns, content optimization, and technical SEO, to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
■ Conduct comprehensive website audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
■ Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and marketing strategies.
■ Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, SERP rankings, and conversion rates, to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
■ Lead initiatives to improve website structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience with an SEO focus.
■ Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to apply innovative techniques to our SEO strategy.
■ Provide SEO training and guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of SEO excellence within the organization.
About You
■ 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving SERP rankings and driving organic growth, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment.
■ Expert knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
■ Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and tactics.
■ Experience with content marketing strategies and how they complement SEO efforts.
■ Proficient in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable SEO strategies.
■ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
■ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
