People Analytics Specialist
Position Summary:
We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to support our HR Business Partners with data-driven decision making. This role will turn workforce data into clear insights, highlight trends, and forecast future needs based on internal and market data.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partnering with HRBPs to analyze workforce and market trends
- Interpreting HR data and building reports, dashboards, and forecasts
- Turning spreadsheets and data into actionable insights for leaders
- Ensuring strict confidentiality of employee data
- Supporting workforce planning and talent strategy with evidence-based recommendations
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce planning
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills; experience with data visualization a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, impactful insights.
- High integrity and discretion when working with sensitive HR data
Base Pay Range
$117,000 - $160,850 USD

Essential Job Functions
