ABOUT THE ENTERPRISE AI PEOPLE TEAM

The Enterprise AI People Team is dedicated to delighting Enterprise AI’s people from the moment they first make contact with the company, until they finish up on their last day.  The team is responsible for finding amazing people, bringing them into the organisation to do fulfilling, challenging work and supporting them as they grow and lean into flourishing careers.   As a growing organization, we constantly strive to improve and adapt our people-centred services to our globally distributed team.

Our responsibility as the primary service for all matters related to People within the Enterprise AI delivery team can be categorized into the following:

  • Sourcing, selecting and onboarding incredibly talented individuals
  • Deploying and allocating each person onto appropriate projects to fulfil business needs and their career aspirations
  • Supporting, developing and growing these individuals
  • Developing tailored processes, policies & procedures to meet the needs of Enterprise AI
  • Enhancing productivity and employee experience through systems & process automation
  • Serve as a trusted partner to provide employee support
  • Use appropriate systems to manage and update people data, generate reports, and provide analytics to support data-driven decision-making. 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Enterprise AI People Operations Specialist in the Enterprise AI People team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the systems and processes to enable a thriving high performance team for Enterprise AI.  You will be required to work independently on  managing various stakeholders, providing support across projects, collaborating with teams and contributing to continuous improvement of our people operations. Managing our people data would be of paramount importance with the ability to analyse and interpret the data for insightful reporting.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation and optimisation of the Deltek | Replicon system to ensure seamless execution of our people deployment and time tracking processes (people data visibility, tracking, allocation, data accuracy and utilisation reporting.)
  • Being the ‘go-to’ internal person (super-user) for the workforce planning system (Deltek | Replicon). 
  • Co-ordinating projects related to people operations and ensuring seamless execution of new initiatives aligned with Enterprise AI’s growth. 
  • Coordination and management of accurate people utilisation data.
  • Provide people operations end to end support to the team.
  • Responsible for implementing metrics to track and measure the success of the team. This includes ensuring consistent data collection and reporting practices, analysing data to identify insights, presenting findings and recommendations to the team.
  • Collaborating with cross - functional teams across Enterprise AI. 
  • Systems and tools management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in any field; experience with project management, business operations and people management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business administration or related field. 
  • Data analytics & storytelling management experience.
  • Can work independently producing outputs with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can effectively articulate and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a project from start to finish.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail where you pay close attention to all of the small particulars when working on a task or project.
  • Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot with support from the team.
  • Proactively provide support to other team members, no task is too small.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with multiple platforms and technologies within an agile environment.

  • CSAT for systems implementation (Customer Satisfaction Score).
  • People system user adoption & issues resolution.
  • Data accuracy.
