Job Description: Senior Content Designer / UX Writer

We are looking for a Senior Content Designer / UX Writer to join our team, with a primary focus on designing and maintaining conversations for our virtual assistant (chatbot). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction is clear, helpful, and true to the brand’s voice, optimizing the user experience through language.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Conversational Design: Create and maintain conversational flows for virtual assistants (chatbots), as well as textual content for user interfaces (UI), user guides, error messages, and other experience elements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that the brand’s tone and voice are consistently reflected across all touchpoints and products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers and developers to effectively integrate content into products, participating in design reviews and providing insights on language choice and usability.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors, using those insights to improve communication. Analyze content effectiveness through usability testing and user feedback.
• Content Standards Maintenance: Establish and maintain style standards and content guides to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Internal Training & Collaboration: Provide training on writing best practices and UX principles to other team members. Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a UX Writer or in a similar role, preferably within software development environments.
• Specialization: Strong experience in Conversational Design (Chatbots/Virtual Assistants).
• Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills. Solid knowledge of UX design principles and best practices.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with various stakeholders. Capacity to receive and apply constructive feedback.
• Education: University degree in Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Language: English proficiency is not required for this position.

Desirable

• Knowledge of user research tools and methodologies.
• Experience in constantly updating and improving content based on feedback and changes in company strategy.
