Senior Digital Product Manager for Marketing Strategy

Job Description: We are seeking a Product Manager & Digital Strategy Specialist to lead the development, positioning, and execution of digital products, such as our website, blog, business cases, AI assistant, and more. This role focuses on driving innovation, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring that the product offerings align with the company’s broader digital strategy. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and analytics to ensure that digital solutions meet market needs and drive business growth. This is a hands-on role with a direct impact on improving market positioning and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development & Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including design, development, testing, and post-launch improvements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for differentiation.

Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and execute the company's website and digital strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
  • Leverage data analytics to develop and optimize product roadmaps and digital initiatives.
  • Integrate AI tools and marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.) into digital strategy execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure product strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly.
  • Communicate product vision, goals, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies.

Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning:

  • Perform competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market.
  • Use market data insights to refine product features and enhance go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure effective digital ecosystem positioning to meet the needs of the ideal customer profile (ICP).

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and load speed.
  • Implement A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms for continuous website improvement.
  • Develop growth strategies through SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives.

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Advocate for the customer by ensuring product decisions are driven by user needs and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology field.
  • Proven expertise in product management, digital strategy, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Proficiency in English and strong writing skills.
  • Experience building end-to-end teams to deliver products.
  • High learning capacity and agile project management skills.
  • Located in Argentina.

Preferred:

  • Experience in digital product development for e-commerce, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Understanding of customer behavior and best practices in user experience.
  • Experience with AI and large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
  • Experience working with technology services.
