Digital Media Manager

Role Summary:

The Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies for a portfolio of clients. This involves strategic planning, campaign implementation, performance analysis, and budget management across all digital channels. The Digital Media Manager serves as a trusted advisor to clients on digital media matters and collaborates with internal teams to deliver effective and efficient campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations on digital media strategy and execution.
  • Media Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement holistic digital media plans across all relevant channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Track and measure campaign performance against KPIs, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Trend Research & Opportunity Identification: Stay abreast of digital media trends and identify new growth opportunities for clients.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Financial Management: Adhere to financial processes for client setup and invoicing.
  • Best Practice Development: Develop and follow best practices for media planning and operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning and strategy.
  • Experience handling large digital clients across various categories.
  • Proficiency in media planning across all digital platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Digital paid media certifications are a plus.
