Role Summary:

The CRM Specialist develops and executes data-driven CRM programs to support brand and e-commerce growth. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement personalized, multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and drive sales conversions. The CRM Specialist will leverage consumer data and marketing automation tools to optimize lifecycle programs and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email marketing.
  • Automated Lifecycle Programs: Implement automated consumer lifecycle programs to drive sales, repeat purchases, and advocacy.
  • Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute personalized campaigns.
  • Data Compliance & Security: Ensure data collection and usage comply with regulations and data privacy standards.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive conversions.
  • Tracking & Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing key findings and insights across teams.
  • Brand Data Activation: Align with brand teams on data activation strategies across various channels.
  • Team Upskilling: Upskill internal and agency teams on marketing automation tools and best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR and other relevant regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing CRM programs.
  • Proven track record of developing successful data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
  • Strong understanding of database management principles.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of consumer data-related challenges in marketing, including data privacy and security.
