Senior Media Manager
Role Summary:
The Senior Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic media campaigns that drive client growth and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the digital landscape, expertise in various media channels (both traditional and digital), and strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. The Senior Media Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer Insights & Analysis: Analyze consumer behavior in the digital space, including preferred devices, platforms, and online habits. Use data-driven insights to inform media strategies and target customer profiles.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Plan and execute media buying strategies, negotiating rates and placements.
- Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Provide guidance on the effectiveness of digital creative formats.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across different departments (creative, strategy, account management) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client business goals, communication objectives, and overall marketing strategies. Work independently to manage day-to-day client activities and ensure alignment between briefs, strategy, and budget.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement digital media strategies and plans that align with client objectives and market trends.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3+ years of relevant experience in media planning, buying, and campaign management.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of social media, content strategy, and mobile technology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative and strategic thinking combined with a data-driven and analytical approach.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO and web analytics.
- Understanding of traditional media channels (a plus).
