
Executive Assistant to the Technology Department
The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Executive Assistant to support three technology department heads. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What you’ll do
This is a role with many hats; the ideal candidate will be responsible for extensive scheduling and calendar management, preparing agendas for meetings, managing team expenses, coordinating team events, answering phones and provide support to the Technology teams as needed. They will serve as a gatekeeper and will work to establish administrative processes to optimize team success. Additional responsibilities will include arranging domestic and international travel, help coordinating Technology team management activities, such as recruiting and onboarding, organize team offsites/onsites, and help with ad-hoc projects as needed.

- Proven track record as a team Executive Assistant
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confidence to follow up with team members/executives and hold them accountable
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple streams of information & tasks
- Very strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills
- Proactive with excellent judgement skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Personable, approachable, mature, and poised
- Team player
We’d love if you had:
- Experience with Navan, Confluence, and Sharepoint
- Previous experience in finance or hedge funds
- Previous experience planning team events, team offsites/onsites

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $65,000 and $75,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
