Senior Producer, IP Collaborations_Monopoly GO!

Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer - IP Collaborations to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO!, remotely from Spain, the UK, or Ireland.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.
 
What You Will Do
The role we are looking to fill will report to the Executive Producer - Live Ops on the project and will be pivotal to navigating Content and IP workflows across multiple pods to achieve a predictable and consistent Album Strategy for the Live Game. This person will lead development teams to success without needing day-to-day support or supervision. The candidate should be able to execute on a large problem space and be able to work through people to get to the end goal.
  • Owning IP Stakeholder meetings, actions and follow-ups 
  • Responsible for overseeing thematic & IP deliverables and how these integrate into the month-to-month Live Ops Calendar in a predictable and sustainable manner
  • Responsible for coordinating, organizing, and moderating production dependency chains to ensure predictability and consistency
    • Covering a standard Project Management layer, including planning, risk, resourcing, and capacity planning
  • Responsible for enforcing production gates and release train consistency across Live Game verticals
  • Leading and supporting the team in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and mindset
  • Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs
  • Setting up effective, concise, transparent and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside teams
  • Leading one or multiple process improvements that will contribute to improving IP and theme management or the overall production pipeline

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of Game Production experience (preferably Mobile)
  • Technical or LiveOps background
  • Enjoys working on live games, able to adapt and execute on the fly in a high pressure environment.  
  • Strong organization and strategic skills
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) that is assertive while empathetic and diplomatic with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders 
  • Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
  • Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • A strong passion for making top quality games that players love
