MBA Product Leadership Rotational Program (2025-2026 Grads) - Live Games
Shape the future of play: Scopely’s MBA Product Leadership Rotational Program offers MBA graduates (Class of 2025 or 2026) the opportunity to grow into the next generation of innovative product leaders. This highly selective program offers exceptional visibility, access to senior product leaders, and the opportunity to influence Scopely's Live Games portfolio. The MBA Product Leadership Program is designed to accelerate participants into impactful product roles and prepare them to be future leaders at Scopely.
Based in our Barcelona studio, this 18-month rotational experience includes three 6-month rotations across Scopely’s Live Game Portfolio, in areas such as Product, Analytics, Production and Roadmap Strategy. Participants will work on live titles, partner with cross-functional teams, and influence features, strategies, and systems that reach millions of players worldwide.
This role is intended for MBA graduates who will take on complex analytical, strategic, and leadership responsibilities while working closely with cross-functional and senior partners across Scopely’s Live Games portfolio.
What You Will Do
Each rotation will offer unique opportunities to further develop advanced product, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Own and drive components of the product lifecycle, from strategy through live operations, including delivery, optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Independently analyze player behavior, market dynamics, and product performance to identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear recommendations that improve product health, feature effectiveness, and player experience.
- Use insights to influence decisions, shape priorities, and guide cross functional partners toward high impact actions.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Production to deliver features, optimize performance, and solve complex challenges.
- Lead alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, evaluating tradeoffs and guiding decision-making on complex product and business initiatives.
- Drive high-impact, strategic initiatives that shape the future success of our games and portfolio.
- Present insights, recommendations, and product updates to cross functional partners and senior leaders.
- Contribute to ongoing program enhancements and support the development of future cohorts.
- Demonstrate inclusive leadership behaviors grounded in fairness, empathy, respect, transparency, and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- MBA graduates (Class of 2025 or 2026) with a completed postgraduate degree in business or a related field (degree completed between 2025 and August 2026).
- Advanced academic training at the MBA level, with demonstrated ability to apply complex business, product, and analytical frameworks in professional environments.
- Advanced strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to independently evaluate complex business and product challenges, synthesize data, and drive well-informed recommendations.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners through clear, structured communication and executive-level storytelling.
- Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, adaptability, and willingness to experiment and innovate while working both independently and collaboratively.
- Leadership potential shown through initiative, ownership, and driving results.
- Commitment to contributing to an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment and community at Scopely.
- 3+ years of professional experience with demonstrated impact, growth and results.
- While gaming industry experience is not required, interest in free to play mobile games, and passion for creating innovative and successful products/experiences is strongly preferred.
