Shape the future of play: Scopely’s MBA Product Leadership Rotational Program offers 2025-2026 MBA graduates the opportunity to grow into the next generation of innovative product leaders. This highly selective program offers exceptional visibility, access to senior product leaders, and the opportunity to influence Scopely's Live Games portfolio.  The MBA Product Leadership Program will start in September 2026, and is designed to accelerate participants into impactful product roles and prepare them to be future leaders at Scopely.

Based in our Barcelona studio, this 18-month rotational experience includes three 6-month rotations across Scopely’s Live Game Portfolio, in areas such as Product, Analytics, Production and Roadmap Strategy. Participants will work as on live titles, partner with cross-functional teams, and influence features, strategies, and systems that reach millions of players worldwide.

At the start of each rotation, the cohort will participate in a one-week development sprint designed to deepen product expertise, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and further your development toward future product leadership roles at Scopely.  Throughout the program, you’ll benefit from a supportive cohort community, regular feedback and coaching, dedicated networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth and an inclusive, tenets-driven culture.

What You Will Do

Each rotation will offer unique opportunities to build foundational product, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Gain hands-on experience managing the product lifecycle from concept to live operations, including strategy, delivery, and optimization.
  • Analyze player behavior, market trends, and product performance to identify impactful opportunities for growth.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear recommendations that improve product health, feature effectiveness, and player experience.
  • Use insights to influence decisions, shape priorities, and guide cross functional partners toward high impact actions.
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Production to deliver features, optimize performance, and solve complex challenges.
  • Support alignment across stakeholders by evaluating tradeoffs, proposing solutions, and ensuring that clear, well-informed decisions are reached.
  • Drive high-impact, strategic initiatives that shape the future success of our games and portfolio.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and product updates to cross functional partners and senior leaders.
  • Contribute to ongoing program enhancements and support the development of future cohorts.
  • Demonstrate inclusive leadership behaviors grounded in fairness, empathy, respect, transparency, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • 2025-2026 MBA Graduates (MBA degree completed between 2025 - August 2026)
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and use data to form actionable insights and identify clear next steps.
  • Clear and compelling communicator who can influence through storytelling and synthesis.
  • Intellectual curiosity, learning agility, adaptability, and willingness to experiment and innovate while working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Leadership potential shown through initiative, ownership, and driving results.
  • Commitment to contributing to an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment and community at Scopely.
  • While gaming industry experience is not required, interest in free to play mobile games, and passion for creating innovative and successful products/experiences is strongly preferred.
