What You Will Do 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic people guidance to drive team performance and business outcomes
  • Build a deep understanding of the business, teams, and priorities to deliver tailored, data-informed people solutions
  • Leverage people data and insights to diagnose challenges, identify trends, and influence decision-making
  • Coach managers on performance management, team effectiveness, career development, and handling complex people matters
  • Support employees in career growth, development conversations, and navigating workplace challenges
  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and high performance
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving issues in partnership with managers, HR, and Legal as needed
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing work environment
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, action planning, forums), translating insights into meaningful actions
  • Identify recurring people challenges and implement scalable, long-term solutions
  • Partner with leaders on talent strategies, including workforce planning, hiring, retention, and organizational design
  • Collaborate with PBPs and Centers of Excellence on key initiatives such as job leveling, compensation benchmarking, and competency frameworks
  • Support and drive change initiatives, partnering with leaders to ensure effective communication, adoption, and minimal disruption
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices, translating insights into practical improvements to people strategies and programs

What We’re Looking For 

  • 4+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a tech or product environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes
    Proven ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and provide balanced, thoughtful guidance
  • Confidence in navigating ambiguity, challenging perspectives, and driving effective decisions
  • Strong coaching skills with experience supporting managers and employees across a range of people topics
  • Experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and recommendations
  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and cultures
