Job Title: Director of Sales – Medicare Advantage Growth Strategy
Location: California (Travel Required Within Assigned Regions)
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 base + competitive performance bonuses

Are you a strategic and driven sales leader passionate about Medicare Advantage? Join our mission-driven healthcare group and lead regional growth efforts that directly impact the lives of Medicare-eligible seniors. We’re seeking a Director of Sales with deep experience in Medicare Advantage to execute high-impact B2C strategies, build strong broker relationships, and lead local market campaigns focused on patient acquisition and retention.
What You’ll Own:

Medicare Advantage Campaign Execution: Lead and manage B2C sales campaigns to drive Medicare Advantage enrollments and meet aggressive patient growth targets.

Broker Channel Development: Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with external brokers, FMOs, and internal advisors to drive high-quality referrals and long-term partnerships.

Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) Strategy: Own the planning, coordination, and execution of all AEP-related marketing and outreach initiatives.

Community Marketing & Field Engagement: Execute hyper-local marketing plans including events, grassroots outreach, and partnerships with senior communities and key stakeholders.

Sales Analytics & Strategy: Track performance, measure ROI, and adjust strategies based on real-time results and market dynamics.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, clinical leadership, and patient engagement teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive growth strategy.

New Market Penetration: Identify new geographies and growth channels to expand the Medicare Advantage footprint.
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

5+ years in healthcare sales leadership, with a strong focus on Medicare Advantage sales and enrollment strategies

Deep knowledge of CMS compliance and Medicare Advantage plan structures

Experience managing broker networks and AEP campaigns across multiple regions

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills

A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into action

Ability to travel locally across California as needed to support growth initiatives
