We are looking for a passionate DevOps / SRE candidate to join the team responsible for one of our cloud management solutions. We need help building new CI/CD automation, automating AWS and On-prem deployments, building out our container infrastructure, and streamlining build processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and improving CI/CD pipelines for multiple development teams.
  • Ensure the reliability and stability of application platforms.
  • Automate and streamline our deployment and monitoring operations and processes.
  • Collaborate with developers and other team members to implement solutions that satisfy business needs, goals, and objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of deployment and monitoring.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with deployed and/or released systems using a variety of techniques.
  • Minimize production outages and streamline production outage response times.
  • Coordinate with development teams for frequent production releases.
  • Plan, coordinate and build out AWS infrastructure for application deployments.
  • Ensure site reliability and uptime through infrastructure planning, application monitoring and other SRE techniques.
  • Part of a global team required to have 24x7 coverage.
  • On-call rotation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years work experience as an individual contributing DevOps, SRE, FullStack, or Software Development Engineering team member
  • Experience with AWS Managed Services (EC2, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda)
  • Experience with AWS Networking & Security Groups and their underlying technologies (Route53, VPC, ALB, Security Groups)
  • Experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux)
  • Experience with containers (Docker)
  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloudformation, CDK)
  • Experience with CI/CD with Gitlab, Github or similar
  • Ability to read/write in one of the following scripting/programming languages: (Bash, Go, JS, Python) and a willingness to learn more
  • Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, SaltStack)
  • Knowledge of container management platforms (Kubernetes, ECS) would be an advantage

The salary range for this position is 2700-4000 EUR / gross. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
