About the Role: 

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our President and co-founder at ShopMy. In this dynamic and high-visibility role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner, helping to maximize efficiency, streamline day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless execution across a wide range of initiatives. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support—you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage high-priority communications, coordinate meetings and strategic projects, and play a key role in keeping our fast-moving executive team focused and on track.

This role has also been a proven springboard for growth. The past three individuals in this position have gone on to take on broader strategic roles across the company within 1.5 to 2 years. Your Impact to the Role:

  • Serve as the trusted right hand to the President and co-founder, ensuring her time, communication, and focus are aligned with top company priorities
  • Own complex scheduling and calendar management across multiple time zones, anticipating needs and handling logistics with little oversight
  • Manage high-volume inboxes—drafting and responding to emails when appropriate, surfacing what matters, and keeping communication flowing seamlessly
  • Prepare briefing materials, take clear and actionable notes in meetings, and follow up to ensure next steps are completed
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel—including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries—and occasionally travel to key events or offsites
  • Act as a liaison with internal teams, external partners, investors, and press, ensuring smooth communication and high standards across every interaction
  • Support and occasionally lead special projects related to growth, marketing, partnerships, press, or events—depending on your strengths and interests
    Help drive forward strategic initiatives by conducting research, drafting documents, and maintaining momentum across cross-functional efforts
  • Contribute to internal culture by supporting team-wide events, offsites, and moments that matter
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced, high-stakes situations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be based in New York City
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Expert in Google Suites, Zoom & Microsoft Office
  • Team-first mentality
  • Superb client centricity
  • History of creative problem solving

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. 

New York Pay Range

$75,000 - $85,000 USD

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
