Job Description

The Bodily Injury Claims Consultant will play a pivotal role in enhancing our firm's capability to evaluate insurance claim decisions. This position requires a deep understanding of bodily injury claims, with a focus on assessing claims and advising from a bodily injury insurance adjuster’s perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed reviews of bodily injury claims to ensure accuracy and fairness in assessments for our clients.
  • Provide expert advice on whether claims would have been justified and payable under standard insurance practices.
  • Communicate effectively with management, providing clear justifications and recommendations based on claim evaluations.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Bodily Injury Adjuster, preferably with a major insurer.
  • Proven track record of interpreting and analyzing complex claim documents.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Property and Casualty Adjuster.
  • Experience in a supervisory or consultative role within the insurance industry.
