Employee Experience & HR Manager

We’re looking for an Employee Experience, Office Manager & HR Generalist to help us build and scale our team culture, people operations, and day-to-day office experience in Santiago. You’ll be the face of Similarweb in the Chile office — a trusted partner to our team and a key connector to our global people organization. This will report to our Global Director, Employee Experience.
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll:
- Be the go-to person for employees in Santiago, supporting them with HR-related questions, onboarding, and daily needs.
- Coordinate local hiring logistics and partner with global Talent Acquisition to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, off-boarding, contract letters, benefits support, and more.
- Champion local implementation of global HR programs (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys, merit cycle).
- Take full ownership of office operations — from managing vendors and facilities to creating a warm, organized, and well-stocked space.
- Organize unforgettable team events, celebrations, and cultural experiences that bring our people together.
- Maintain internal HR documentation (handbooks, policies, compliance material) aligned with local labor law.
- Track and manage budgets for office and employee experience initiatives.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the employee experience and bring the Similarweb culture to life locally.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources, Office Management, or Employee Experience role — ideally in a fast-paced tech or multinational environment.
- Familiarity with Chilean and LATAM labor regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- People-first mindset: you’re empathetic, solution-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- High attention to detail, proactive ownership, and a ‘no-task-too-small’ attitude.
- Comfortable operating independently while staying connected to global teams.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
