We’re looking for a HR Partner & People Operations to support our teams in Prague and Kyiv

At Similarweb, we’re growing fast—and so is our Prague office. To support our teams (R&D and GTM) and local operations, we’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who can combine people operations and HR business partnering into one dynamic role.

This is a broad, hybrid role: you’ll support employees and managers, drive smooth HR processes, and coordinate with global HR teams to deliver key initiatives in our Prague and Kyiv offices.

 

What you’ll do

  • Be the local HR point of contact for all employee questions, onboarding, contracts, and benefits

  • Support managers with day-to-day HR advice, feedback processes, and team topics

  • Coordinate HR lifecycle processes 

  • Administer benefits (Multisport, meal vouchers, etc.), payroll inputs, and HR documentation

  • Localize and implement global HR programs, surveys, and initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with Czech labor law and internal policies

  • Help create a welcoming and professional environment for our local teams

 

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years in an HR Generalist / HR Specialist/ HRBP role, ideally in a tech or international environment

  • Good knowledge of Czech labor law

  • Ability to balance operational HR with a people-first mindset

  • Strong English and Czech communication skills

  • Organized, empathetic, hands-on – and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

  • Comfortable working independently and with global teams
