FP&A Systems & Applications Lead

We are looking for a hands-on FP&A Systems & Applications Lead to take ownership of our Adaptive Planning environment and drive its evolution into a fully integrated and reliable planning platform. Reporting to the VP FP&A, you will play a key role in transforming FP&A into a data-driven, automated, and scalable function -by building financial models, integrating core systems, and establishing a single source of truth.This role is a critical intersection of Finance and Systems, requiring a strong combination of financial planning understanding and hands-on system building capabilities.


So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Own & Build the Adaptive Planning Platform
    • Take full ownership of Adaptive Planning and drive its expansion into a comprehensive planning solution.
    • Design, build, and maintain core financial models within the system (P&L, workforce planning, etc.).
    • Translate FP&A business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Drive System Integration & Automation
    • Lead the implementation of automated data flows from NetSuite and HR systems into Adaptive.
    • Replace manual Excel-based processes with structured and automated solutions.
    • Act as the primary interface between FP&A and IT, defining requirements from a Finance perspective and ensuring data integrity across all planning inputs.
  • Data Governance & Quality
    • Establish and maintain data quality standards and process efficiency across the planning environment.
    • Build robust processes that enable accurate forecasting and reporting.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with enterprise planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Planful). 
  • Proven experience building complex financial models within planning systems (e.g., P&L, workforce planning).
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and financial data flows.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and integrating financial data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT and/or data teams.

Profile

  • Hands-on builder — a driver of system creation, not just an administrator or support.
  • Strong business understanding alongside technical/system capabilities.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to drive execution end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

Education & Language

  • Relevant degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or similar).
  • High proficiency in English.
