We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find exceptional people across Malaysia and the region. Reporting to our TA Senior Manager, you’ll be the face of SimplifyNext to candidates – sourcing top talent, managing end-to-end hiring, and delivering an outstanding experience to every applicant.
This is not just a recruiter role. You’ll be a builder of teams, a storyteller of culture, and a partner to hiring managers across departments. You’ll also get to work with digital tools and AI assistants that streamline recruitment and free you up to focus on high-impact work.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
- Own full-cycle recruiting across tech, consulting, corporate, and delivery roles
- Craft compelling job ads and run creative, targeted sourcing campaigns
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a stellar candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and timely records in our ATS and recruitment dashboards
- Champion our brand in the market – whether on LinkedIn or in-person events
- Leverage internal tools such as Athena HR (our AI-powered assistant) and smart workflows to speed up recruitment and automate routine tasks
- Contribute to projects that improve our hiring efficiency, diversity, and data insights
- Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent intelligence across the region
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or tech environments
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
- Excellent communication – you know how to engage candidates and influence hiring teams
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership over open roles
- Knowledge of talent markets in Malaysia and Southeast Asia a plus
- Energy, curiosity, and a passion for matching people to purpose
