AllBooked by Skedda (formerly known as Skedda Flex) is our business unit focused on businesses monetizing their venues. Our customers include athletic facilities, studios, creative spaces, event venues, community centers, and coworking spaces. We’re experiencing significant growth in our AllBooked segment, making it an exciting time to join the AllBooked team.

Role overview

This is a unique generalist role that will own product and marketing projects across our AllBooked by Skedda business. Reporting directly to the head of our AllBooked business, this role will be part product manager, part product marketer, and all scrappy startup generalist. If you love early-stage startup environments, wearing multiple hats, learning new skills, and getting things done fast, this could be the perfect role for you.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Deeply understand customer needs and pains, via a combination of interviews and surveys
  • Serve as Product Owner for new AllBooked product features, including gathering requirements, weighing functional and technical tradeoffs, scoping and developing requirements documents, and working closely with our engineers to build new features
  • Own all AllBooked customer communications, including new feature launches, pricing changes, and best practice interventions
  • Research and understand our competitors’ offerings, to inform how we position the AllBooked product
  • Overhaul and A/B test our new customer onboarding flows to maximize conversion and retention
  • Complete data analysis of our customer base to inform prioritization and product scoping decisions

About you

Skills & Experience

  • You’ve worked in an early stage tech startup environment (<30 employees)
  • You’ve worked in a Product Management role. External Product. SaaS environment.
  • You’re comfortable digging in with engineers on technical topics
  • You have 3-5 years of total work experience
