Senior Sales Manager - Test Hub

  • As a Senior Sales Manager you will develop individuals’ sales skills for effectively championing software products, manage team/individual quarter-to-quarter progress and forecasting, and enable a team to meet and exceed quota.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives in EMEA and APAC to meet monthly goals: activity, metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets.
  • Support the Test Management Hub by driving sales expansion, securing new logos, and managing renewals.
  • Hire, train, coach and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Manage various sales roles including direct and indirect SDRs, Renewals, new logo and expansion AE motions.
  • Drive heavy cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain productive, effective relationships with direct reports, peers and senior leadership.
  • Train Inside Sales Representatives on sales skills, product knowledge, time management, and customer relations.
  • Develop sales metrics and performance management tools to monitor and improve performance to ensure achievement of team and company objectives.
  • Monitor outbound calls, provide guidance and feedback to enhance performance, and conduct one-on-ones to track and meet sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years sales experience and 4+ years in a sales management capacity. Experience in SaaS companies strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets; Proven ability to sell to Director, VP, or C-Level.
  • Coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate and use creativity to maximizing rep productivity.
  • Experience managing a high velocity, transactional business as well as Enterprise transactions.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment while driving sales performance in EMEA and APAC.
