Smartly has an exciting new opportunity to join our team as an AI Lab Go-to-Market Lead!  As Lead Evangelist for Smartly AI, you will be key in promoting our AI capabilities internally and externally. Working closely with the Commercial team, you’ll drive customer adoption through a consultative, customer-first approach, aligning Smartly AI’s solutions with their business goals.

You’ll be responsible for crafting strategies highlighting the value of Smartly AI’s end-to-end solutions and the AI Lab while identifying new business opportunities across various markets and driving growth within existing accounts. With your AI expertise and strong communication skills, you’ll help shape the market perception of Smartly AI, lead presentations, and drive revenue through client engagement and strategic negotiations.

This role offers visibility and the chance to influence Smartly AI’s direction in an exciting, rapidly evolving AI space.

 As the AI Lab GTM Lead at Smartly, you will… 

  • Evangelize Smartly AI capability and technology internally and externally, understanding market differentiation and competitive field.
  • Develop the commercial AI strategy, value proposition, and narratives that bring Smartly AI end-to-end and AI Lab capabilities to life.
  • Grow revenue and create new business opportunities across new markets/brands within our existing client base and new logos and agencies.
  • Liaise with Product and Product Marketing on market feedback and ideation for external messaging.
  • Negotiate and sign commercial proposals alongside the commercial organization while maintaining minimum contractual requirements
  • Manage RFP responses and create/lead proposal presentations
  • Present & demo in larger forums, customer events, and directly with customers and prospects.

 We are looking for… 

  • 10-12  years of experience in GTM with Proven AI expertise and enthusiast around the AI space and future state
  • Technical proficiency in AI and a strong understanding of evolving trends and the competitive landscape
  • Ability to understand complex sales cycles, define requirements, and customize each approach for a variety of organizations
  • Self-starter, ability to work autonomously
  • Strong presence and excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
  • Proven leader with an agile approach to work in a high-growth environment
  • Available to travel when required
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly’s total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance and disability benefits.
