Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Opportunity

Snyk is expanding our Customer Success team and hiring an Implementation Consultant. In this role, you will partner closely with Development and Security leaders from Snyk’s customer organizations to enhance their security programs using the Snyk Cloud Native Application Security Platform.

As Snyk continues its rapid growth across our customer base, the demand for our post-sales teams has increased. This creates a unique opportunity to deliver a world-class onboarding experience, with a primary focus on EMEA. You’ll also work with global customers, and while we do our best to keep meetings within normal working hours, some evening calls may occasionally be required.

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the SDLC, consulting best practices, and enterprise DevOps architectures. The ideal Implementation Consultant will have a technical background, exceptional client and project management skills, and the ability to lead hands-on technical work while managing multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Delivering value to our customers by owning project delivery from kick-off to completion for customer implementations.
  • Communicating regularly with project stakeholders on status, timelines, and risks throughout the implementation phases.
  • Leading project kick-offs, planning sessions, and regular delivery meetings.
  • Facilitating customer outcomes across teams to achieve positive results.
  • Managing and refining Snyk’s onboarding practices for continuous improvement.
  • Representing customers’ technical requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to accelerate customer onboarding.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of technical consulting or customer-facing experience, particularly in SaaS software implementation.
  • A working knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies.
  • The ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues.
  • An interest in application security and an understanding of the importance of a developer-first approach.
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
  • A consultative mindset with the technical aptitude to align people, technology, and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured, disciplined approach to problem-solving, relationship-building, and project management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.

We’d be Lucky if You:

  • A degree in Computer Science and programming experience.
  • Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or a similar role in AppSec, CI, DAST, SAST, or DevSecOps products and services.
  • Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CSSLP, or similar.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale web development technologies and microservices.
